We aim for your complete satisfaction with every piece of furniture you purchase from HI-TECH Lifestyle & Furniture. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Furniture items in good condition can be returned within 3 days of purchase. Only a 10% service charge will be applied on the total amount of purchase in this case. It is not applicable for Fabric products.

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note that due to hygiene and customization constraints, the following categories are strictly non-returnable:

  • Fabric Products: All items where the primary material is fabric (including sofas, upholstered chairs, mattresses, cushions, etc.) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Custom Orders: Any furniture piece that was customized or specially made-to-order based on your specifications (size, color, material choice, etc.).

  • Damaged Items: Items damaged by the customer or resulting from improper self-assembly.
